   When I turned 40, I wondered where all the years had gone, I felt that time had sifted through my fingers  like sand, while I  was busy  with  something  else. Suddenly, my outlook changed. For the first time, I realized that there were more years behind me  than ahead of me. But because I know who I am, I felt no sense of panic. My identity  isn't based on my body, my material possessions, or my career. Beyond all of these things,I am spiritual being. And this means that this life is just one of many incarnations.     -from 'Growing one day at a time'
